We will be selling t-shrits from our Super Ntrl Life Clothing Collection.

MERCH TEAM VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES

Setup merchandise table for the event:
Put the tablecloths on tables.
Put flyers inside the plastic sign holder and place strategically on the table.
Place merchandise on the table in an attractive manner so customers are drawn to look at the merchandise.
Recommend one shirt or sweater of every design on table and the rest can be placed under the table.

Set up partnership table for the event:
Put the tablecloths on tables.
Put flyers inside the plastic sign holder and place strategically on the table.
Have additional leaflets on table as people come by.

Treat attendees with care.
We want to make them feel like our family.
Be hospitable, friendly, and respectful.
Be willing to help them as much as possible.

When attendees stop by the merchandise table:
If attendees ask questions about merchandise, please answer them.
Process purchases in a friendly, yet professional manner.
Team leader will show you how to work our current POS system on the phone, iPad, or computer.


EXPECTATIONS OF VOLUNTEERS

Honor leadership and team members.
Carry excellence in everything they do.
Be integrous.
Do tasks in a timely fashion.
Be discreet.
Be detail oriented.
Communicate effectively.
Be responsive to emails, texts, and calls made by the ministry leadership.
Treat this role as you would a job.
Keep cell phone usage to a minimum, unless required by your role.
Non-Certified Forerunners: Dress in a professional, yet comfortable manner. Dress in all black.
Certified Forerunners: Wear all black (black pants and black shirt). Your new certified, black shirt.
Please do not make alterations to the shirt.

Arrive to the venue 2 hours  prior to the event start time and report to your team lead specified above.
Be a part of the informational and prayer huddle in order to serve.
